Follow-up Comment #7, bug #41453 (project octave):

Thank you for the suggestion. I've explored a little the library and indeed it
seems possible to avoid the use of svds (). The biggest problem now is
concatenating matrices without using cat () or do_cat () from the core
functions, but I hope I will find a solution.
