Subject: [Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #45569] support for Image IO was disabled when Octave was built. but it was not reported in the summary of ./config

Follow-up Comment #3, bug #45569 (project octave):

Thank you for your comments.
I built and installed the "GraphicsMagick" from source with g++5.1 in a
separate directory:
./configure --prefix=/dir --with-quantum-depth=16 --enable-shared
--disable-static (--with-magick-plus-plus=yes by default)

and without any set of D_GLIBCXX_USE_CXX11_ABI, which I think the default is
1.

Then I added into "LD_LIBRARY_PATH" the new lib-path and I run again octave.
The imread() gives the same error. I re-build the "image-2.4.0" and it gives
again the same error.
Do I have please to re-install octave from start (octave was built with the
distro GraphicsMagick)?
If yes, shall I add any special flags in "./config"? Thank you.
