Follow-up Comment #6, bug #45569 (project octave):
I added the link into the folder
"/usr/.../graphics_magick-1.3.21_g++_5.1/lib":
libGraphicsMagick++.so.3 -> libGraphicsMagick++.so
and octave prompts:
