Follow-up Comment #22, bug #33523 (project octave):

I just checked the original patch that jwe made for mean.m and it is very
simple.  Although there are a lot of instances of this in the code I think we
should concentrate on the ones that are generating Matlab incompatible
results.  These functions are the ones in the scripts/statistics directory.

@Lachlan: If you prepare a cset for the functions in statistics that you think
need this treatment I will apply it.
