Follow-up Comment #68, bug #51203 (project octave): @Markus: I pushed your cset (comment #25) for using native2unicde rather than utf82unicode (and reverse functions) here: http://hg.code.sf.net/p/octave/io/rev/dbd2adbb3ef1 with some minor style fixes (parens around if conditions).
