[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #51632] MS Windows portable (i.e. zip) version

From: Nicholas Jankowski
Subject: [Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #51632] MS Windows portable (i.e. zip) version cannot find pre-installed packages, needs pkg rebuild, not mentioned at first run
Date: Tue, 1 Aug 2017 09:17:05 -0400 (EDT)
User-agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 5.0.1; SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 Build/LRX22C) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.125 Mobile Safari/537.36

Follow-up Comment #3, bug #51632 (project octave):

Yes, but I guess what I meant was dp0 is used to grab the program location on
startup and store it in an environment variable:

set OCT_HOME=%~dp0

Could OCT_HOME be used within the installed octave packages file so that the
rebuild command would not need to be run?
