@Dan: Thanks a lot.  The new behavior is super cool.  I like the choice to go
fullscreen or not.  As the original reporter, this meets my needs so I am
marking the bug as fixed.

@Torsten: The tootlip correctly shows "dock" for me when I do the following


./run-octave -f
x = magic (3);
openvar x
# Click on "Undock Fullscreen" button
# Hover over "Dock" button
