Details:

I updated to Fedora fc28 from fc27 and find that jni.h is no longer found.

But:
ls /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk/include/
shows it. I noticed that my systems has old java-1.8.0
files from fc21, fc22, fc26, fc27, and fc28. I thought
that Fedora updates did some housecleaning...
