Update of bug #55187 (project octave):

                  Status:            Works For Me => Need Info              
                 Summary: Qt toolkit not being built => build: fails to work
with Qt 5.12, qcollectiongenerator no longer exists

Thanks for figuring that out. This looks like something we definitely want to
fix for Octave 5, since Qt 5.12 is out now.

Is the command line of the new qhelpgenerator compatible with the old
qcollectiongenerator tool? Can you try configuring with


./configure QCOLLECTIONGENERATOR=qhelpgenerator-qt5 …
