Follow-up Comment #33, bug #55187 (project octave):

I thought the problem was that qcollectiongenerator does not exist on Qt 5.12
and above.  Is it installing both qcollectiongenerator and qhelpgenerator but
only one of them works for our purposes?

Why do we need to check for qhelpgenerator if we have found a working copy of
qcollectiongenerator (regardless of version) on the system?
