Follow-up Comment #49, bug #52475 (project octave):

Looking at the header sunlinsol_klu.h it has a comment saying

 * This is the header file for the KLU implementation of the 
 * SUNLINSOL module.

 * Part I contains declarations specific to the KLU implementation
 * of the supplied SUNLINSOL module.
 * 
 * Part II contains the prototype for the constructor 
 * SUNKLU as well as implementation-specific prototypes 
 * for various useful solver operations.
 *
 * Notes:
 *
 *   - The definition of the generic SUNLinearSolver structure can 
 *     be found in the header file sundials_linearsolver.h.
 *

It seems to me that PART I should actually be a private header file while
applications should only include PART II.

If anyone wants to take care of contacting the SUNDIALS developers I think
that separating PART I and PART II into two separate files would solve the
issue
for us.
