Follow-up Comment #18, bug #55528 (project octave):

Its seems that there are 2 (even 3) issues here, when using stable branch
(ver. 5.0.1):
1. In Win-7, gnuplot is not functional, because dlls issues.
2. In  Win-10 (and in Win-7 if we fix 1) gnuplot gets stuck in the command tmp
= __go_uimenu__ (h, args{:});   in uimenu.m.
3. When gnuplot is installed but not functional, the result of the command
"graphics_toolkit gnuplot" Is "error: graphics_toolkit: gnuplot version too
old.", which is wrong.
