Follow-up Comment #13, bug #55528 (project octave):

I tried rolling back to http://hg.octave.org/mxe-octave/rev/22937c7fe60d,
which was before the mingw update 

but with the update of the stable octave version applied

When running in win10, it gets stuck somewhere with gnuplot running but never
showing anything (which is what I am seeing in the current tip)



Try a at the same place but without the stable version update next
