Follow-up Comment #5, bug #55528 (project octave):
mxe-octave is currently at v5.2.6 from 11-Jan, however I do see an issue on
mine - calling plot([1]) enever returns -if I look at the process list,
gnuplot is running.
__gnuplot_version__ reports the version correctly.
and via command line: gnuplot -p -e "plot (x)" displays ok
