Follow-up Comment #14, bug #41215 (project octave):

The patch no longer cleanly applies to default.
It would also be nice (albeit of lower priority) if it would check if the
package was loaded before the test and unload it (with all previously unloaded
dependencies) after the test has finished. 
I also can't find the patch from comment #13.
