Details:

Basically none of the grid or set commands in qt work 
correctly now.

None seem to affect the minor grid lines.

fltk seems to work correctly.

Plots such as:
plot(1:100)
grid on
set (gca, 'linewidth', 4)

show some of the problems.
This is on a Fedora FC30 current system
