Details:

I have such a problem, I run my script from the folder
"/home/david/Программы GNU Octave", it is also selected as a working
one, then after the graph is built up, select "Save As" from the File menu and
select the folder to save "/home/david/К отправке"(I save the file in
the .svg format) the file is saved (I have an octave with the patch applied,
this patch fixes problems when saving the file in the .svg format to a folder
that has spaces in the name, this patch was laid out on this site by another
person, I also notified about this bug, here is a link to this topic
https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?56768), but the file is not saved in the "К
отправке" folder, but in the "Программы GNU Octave" folder,
although I explicitly chose the folder to save "К отправке".
I have Octave 5.1 installed using flatpak on Ubuntu 18.04.
P.S. This problem also manifests itself with the .pdf .jpg format. I did not
check the drop-out formats, maybe they behave the same way.
