Follow-up Comment #18, bug #46521 (project octave):

Just a tar zcvf command, as usual..
tar -zcf communications-1.2.1.tar.gz communications-1.2.1

Just this, and installing with pkg command inside octave.

Is there something special? Something about hg? I'm not a regular user of hg.
