Details:

If I unplug my laptop from the dock (with two displays), then the Octave GUI
disappears and I can't get to it. If I close Octave and re-open it, the GUI
"reappears" off screen and is inaccessible. Only when it was located most
recently on the secondary display. Workaround is to make sure it is on the
primary display before unplugging dock.

Possibly related problem: when I open the GUI on the laptop (and it appears on
the laptop display). the bar at the top is off the screen and I can't move the
GUI window. Workaround: if I enlarge the window, I can just grab a sliver of
it and move it.
