Follow-up Comment #60, bug #51632 (project octave): I added creation of the octave_packages file as part of the pkg-install.py command, and it seems to work ok for me when using the latest 6.0.0 sources. https://hg.octave.org/mxe-octave/rev/4eae7db624e8 The mxe-installer file installer-files/post-install.bat still runs the pkg rebuild on install time for those that run the installer and will continue to ensure that the older 5.1 sources still end up with a usable pkg list (at least from the installer, or running the post install script) When we move to the 6.0 versions, the rebuild can be removed from the post install script. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?51632> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
