Follow-up Comment #1, bug #57771 (project octave):
I forgot to add that for ARPACK the configure command is something like
++
./configure FFLAGS="-g -O2 -fdefault-integer-8" --enable-mpi
--with-blas=$prefix64/lib/libblas.a --with-lapack=$prefix64/lib/liblapack.a
--
not only changing FFLAGS but also the libraries to use. alsoi I would mention
chaging the prefix with --prefix
Additionally, should mpi be enabled? --enable-mpi
