Follow-up Comment #40, bug #57439 (project octave):

Philip: No, you can skip that one.  Now I'm wondering whether this change is
causing files to be reloaded unnecessarily or something like that because it
doesn't seem to me that just computing the absolute file name should add so
much to the execution time.
