Details:

After starting the GUI, I type some command like a simple vector and suddently
I cannot type anything anmymore (before using the return key).
I cannot interrupt the command line but the GUI itself is not freezed as I can
switch between tabs or access other menus. 
Note that processor load dedicated to octave jump from 0.5% to 28%
