Update of bug #58055 (project octave): Item Group: Matlab Compatibility => Incorrect Result Status: Confirmed => Ready For Test _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #22: 0 should work fine there, but yes, nullptr is better. I don't know how to test whether the user will want to use ftell/fseek on the stream. I'm also not sure whether the test is needed if the file is only opened for writing. It seems better to me to try to get the right result.
