Follow-up Comment #20:

@Andrew: Is this still an issue for you?  The last comment was from January
12th, 2019.  I expect changes to both Octave, and the continuing upgrade of
KDE and Qt libraries in distributions, may have "fixed" this bug.

Marking as "Need Info" since we require a test on a Mac platform.
