Follow-up Comment #44:

I finished cross-compiling a version with that fix. Only for FLIBS, the simple
search and replace approach doesn't work. The other flags look ok to me.
We already knew that it won't work for FLIBS.

I'm tentatively closing this report as fixed. Please, re-open if you think we
should keep it open for FLIBS.
