Follow-up Comment #5:

I also agree that adding ids to all warnings and errors is a very time
consuming task (without exceedingly high merit).
Maybe we could add those on a "per-request" basis (like in this report).
Hg patches are also welcome if someone feels motivated to undertake that
task.
