Follow-up Comment #5:

Yes, I believe the format was reverse engineered.  And that means we probably
didn't get some corner cases correctly.  The change seems low risk.

I verified that the file GUI_English.fig when loaded and converted to a
graphic with struct2hdl is identical to the figure created with
GUI_English.m.
