Follow-up Comment #16, bug #59416 (project octave):

Ok. Step by step. Attached is a minimum example, taken from the Octave BISTs.
If i run this example in R2018b a row vector for the event index "ie" is
returned. But the documentation says it must be column vector. Can please
anybody check with a newer Matlab version?
