Follow-up Comment #9, bug #59683 (project octave): My comment #6 was about another bug report and is not related to this bug report (please refer to comment #6). Let me try to summarize what your video is showing: 0 You can start octave but the initial message is partly hidden and seems to be flickering during resize 0 When you try to start octave by double clicking an m-file octave (silently) crashes 0 After that crash, octave won't start even when directly launched 0 After deleting the ini-file, you are again able to directly launch octave (with partly hidden start up messsage) Is this correct?
