Extra info:

The *Command Window* on Octave 6.1 (Windows 10) is also very slow to the ready
after the GUI is loaded.

On 5.2 version, when the GUI is loaded, the Command Window is instantly ready
to start typing.

On 6.1 version I need to wait around 10 seconds until the Command Window is
available.

On 6.1.1 I need to wait around 2 seconds.

If all info is already provided, can you please change the Bug Status from
"Need Info" to something more relevant, please?
