Follow-up Comment #1, bug #59821 (project octave):

i just noticed it also updated nan from 3.5.0 -> 3.5.2, so this appears to not
be specific to the ga package, and is probably more specific to the windows
build. 

note i'm running a version from the zip package, not the exe installer.
