Details:

Octave-gui. Exe stopped working. 
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the
program and notify you if a solution is available.

I got this error while trying to to code:
[cost, grad]= construction(initial_theta,X, y);

It also happens while assigning similar
Code declaring two variables.
At first the  it worked fine and we'll and later got errors.
I have uninstalled and installed. I have also changed plot to Gnu plot but
still not worked. .
I need help about this.
I must tell you that after installing 5.2.0 on windows 10, there was no
desktop icon, in case you want me to right click on the icon.
