Follow-up Comment #1:
Is this crash reproducible?
If it is, could you provide the function "construction" and the values of
"initial_theta", "X", and "y" that you used when the crash occurred?
Your screen pictures shows a different function "costFunction" that seems to
have caused a crash. Could you also provide that function?
Also: Octave 5.2.0 is no longer supported. Does the crash still occur with
Octave 6.1?
