Follow-up Comment #1, bug #59905 (project octave):

Did you reinstall octave struct package after upgrading octave?

Any packages with .oct files (like the struct package has) installed using
4.2.2 will not working with octave 6 with recreating the .oct files

The easiest way is to reinstall the packages from within  octave.
