Windows 8.1
Start Octave using the default shortcut (GUI)
Target: %SYSTEMROOT%\system32\wscript.exe "D:\Program Files\GNU
Octave\Octave-6.1.0\octave.vbs" --gui
Start in: %USERPROFILE%
I installed Octave to the default suggested for 6.1 which has moved from the
default suggested path for earlier versions. The new default suggested has
spaces the old did not.
