Follow-up Comment #5, bug #59985 (project octave):
It is very likely that your self-compiled SUNDIALS library is incompatible
with how you compile Octave (standard libraries again?).
But if you don't show your config.log, we can only guess.
I only see warnings and no errors in the parts of the configure output you
show in comment #4. Did compilation fail?
