             Open/Closed:                    Open => Closed

Follow-up Comment #1:

You shouldn't do that.
The python that is bundled with the Octave installer is a minimal version that
was only ever thought to be used with the symbolic package that is bundled
already.

Install a "full blown" and complete python and set the necessary variables for
pythonic to use that version instead.
