Update of bug #61750 (project octave):

                  Status:               Confirmed => Duplicate
             Open/Closed:                    Open => Closed
                 Summary: ismember does not report all matches => ismember
follows matlab 'legacy' behavior

Follow-up Comment #9:

ok, also noticing the ismember code has a fixme for this pointing to
bug #56692
which was closed as a duplicate of
bug #55659

where comment #2 seems fairly uninterested in persuing a fix because it would
apparently need to be implemented in lookup to be done efficiently, and might
take a lot of manipulation to be done in ismember.

I started looking at a patch for this, and I'll keep poking around at it, but
am going to close this one as a dupe and shift any additional followup over to
bug #55659
