Follow-up Comment #12, bug #61753 (project octave):
Updated patch attached. This one at least compiles and passes all BISTs. I
created a new macro "error_unless" and I've used panic_unless for all of the
parser and for stack-frame.cc. Most of the others seem to be error not panic,
but it definitely needs cross-checking.
