Details:

I am running Dynare as embedded command:
> octave --eval 'dynare example3.mod'

It opens two windows and then crashes in QApplication::~QApplication().

Is the above command valid? Is something missed in Dynare that causes
application exit with open windows? Is this a bug in Octave that it allow
application to exit when windows are open?
