Details:

Here in an akward behavior, that I observed with Octave 7.0.90 under Windows.
(I do not know yet if it also happens under linux.)

Here is how to reproduce it:
* start the Octave (7.0.90) GUI.
* let your mouse "hover" a while above a GUI icon, e.g. the scissor symbol for
"cut". remember (or screenshot) how the font of the tooltip text looks like
* start to debug, e.g. by those commands: dbstop plot 223, plot(1:10)
* "hover" your mouse pointer again above on of the GUI icons, look at the font
of the appearing text.

I observe a changed font of those appearing tooltip texts. This seems wrong to
me.

Sometimes the changed font persists, after stopping the debugger, but
sometimes it returns to normal afterwards.

(I have also observed other peculiarities with the debugger under Octave
7.0.90, but couldn't pin point a reproducible example, yet...)
