Follow-up Comment #21, bug #61319 (project octave):

It actually works for `idivide(a,b)` i.e. `idivide(a,b,"fix")`, but not for
`idivide(a,b,"ceil")`, you are right.

Never mind, back to #18. Is this version acceptable, or should we consider
going "lower than `.m`"?
