Follow-up Comment #5:
I pushed https://hg.octave.org/mxe-octave/rev/b319dc565a3a that makes cmake
work
As a side effect for the dicom package, I see that if installed in a path with
spaces, that detection of the gdcm includes later in the dicom package fail,
so I will have to change something in the dicom package in order to get around
potential spaces - but thats not part of this bug.
