Follow-up Comment #9, bug #43671 (project octave):
This is still an issue in Octave 6.4.0 MINGW32_NT-6.2 Windows 6.2 x86_64.
With focus in the editor there is always a steady cursor in the command
window. It confuses me on a daily basis.
BTW, this doesn't happen when the focus is on the command window (the cursor
correctly disappears from the editor window).
