Yes, my problem is likely Apple-supplied clang specific (e.g.,
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/43555410/enable-openmp-support-in-clang-in-mac-os-x-sierra-mojave)
that comes with the OS. I have verified that there is no libomp.dylib in the
/usr/lib/ directory of the SDK I am linking with.
