I have some scripts with sub functions and everything worked fine (in both
Octave and Matlab). But these scripts don't work recently.

in attached file, there is an example:

% octave test_subfunc.m 
error: 'f1' undefined near line 3, column 1
error: called from
    test_subfunc at line 3 column 1


in old version and Matlab, this works fine:

f1


I didn't find these change in release history, so I think it is bug.
