[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #63404] Translation files (*.ts) for Octave 8.

Follow-up Comment #35, bug #63404 (project octave):

It's not exactly clear whether "access key", "keyboard accelerator", or
"shortcut key" are different on Linux.

I found this guidance for translators of strings for Qt
(https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/linguist-translators.html) which refers to "Alt Key
Accelerators" and "Ctrl Key Accelerators". In other words, Qt seems to
combine both types of key combinations into "Accelerators".

Microsoft is explicit that there are "Access Keys"
which use Alt and "Keyboard Accelerators"
which use Ctrl.

I don't think it would be bad to use the Microsoft terminology. Although we
still might want to substitute "keyboard shortcut" for "keyboard accelerator".
