Follow-up Comment #17, bug #63646 (project octave):

When I do a diff on the patched EPS and unpatched EPS, only the timestamp is
different. The rest of the file is the same.

With SVG:

$ diff blah2_v8_unpatched.eps blah2_v8_patched.eps 
7c7
< %%CreationDate: D:20230116135711-05'00'
---
> %%CreationDate: D:20230116135346-05'00'

$ diff blah2_v9_unpatched.eps blah2_v8_patched.eps 
7c7
< %%CreationDate: D:20230116135339-05'00'

Without SVG:

$ diff blah_v8_unpatched.eps blah_v8_patched.eps 
7c7
