Follow-up Comment #13, bug #63643 (project octave):

I have also tested the latest .tar.gz file from comment #11. It installs fine
(pkg install) and all tests pass (pkg test) for me, on Win10 as well as on
Linux. So I would consider the original issue to be SOLVED now.

Nevertheless it seem reasonable to me to add a 1*eps tolerance to the unit
tests mentioned in comment #12, since Dmitri sees them failing on a different
machine.
